Biographical data
He came from an old family of priests. His father was Father Bazil Lajos Dudinszky, and his mother was Emilia Emma Ujhelyi. He pursued his theological studies in Uzhhorod. On August 27, 1878, he was ordained a priest by Bishop János Pásztélyi Kovács of Munkács. His wife was Etel Rabár-Hrabar; they had three children, two of whom became priests. In 1902, due to a debt of 18,000 crowns, all his personal property was put up for auction, which seriously hampered his pastoral work; nevertheless, in the same year, he had the church in Laborcz-Volya completely renovated, which was consecrated by Bishop Gyula Firczák. In 1904, he emigrated to the United States.
