Biographical data
His father was János Dzubay. His wife was Jusztina Dobé; they had three children, including Hilarion Dzubay and Sándor Dzubay. He pursued his theological studies in Uzhhorod. On December 18, 1855, he was ordained a priest by Bishop Bazil Popovics of Mukachevo. He resided in the United States from 1894 to 1895. From 1885 to 1909, he served as dean of the Szerednye deanery.
