Biographical data
He was ordained a priest in 1902. He arrived in the United States on August 10, 1905, aboard the ship Barbarossa, which had departed from the port of Bremen. In 1913, he conducted a survey of Hungarian Roman Catholic churches in the United States and their educational activities. He also served as a port chaplain and, from 1913 to 1939, as a representative of the St. Ladislaus Society.
