He completed his secondary education at the Piarist school in Budapest. He studied theology at the College of Theology in Esztergom.
He was ordained a priest in Esztergom on June 15, 1991. He lived in the United States from 1993 to 1994.
From 2016 to 2019, he served as dean of the Szentendre Deanery. He is a member of the Neocatechumenal Way. He has been the assistant dean of the Budapest-South Deanery since 2021.
