Biographical data
Birth name: György Frank; parents: György Frank and Anna Vark. He was ordained a priest in Innsbruck on April 3, 1949. In 1950, he was still studying there as a student at the Canisianum, but his superiors did not support his doctoral studies; moreover, he was unable to obtain a passport from the Hungarian government, so he could not return home. From September 1950, he served as a hospital chaplain in Innsbruck, then spent two and a half years as a pastor in England; he arrived in Brazil on August 28, 1954. During the twenty months he spent in Brazil, he served in eight different locations. On March 29, 1957, he moved to the United States. In 1961, he requested to be laicized, but the Holy See did not grant his request. The place of his death cannot be identified.
