Biographical data
Paul A. Frenzkowski, MSC, was a Roman Catholic priest and a Missionary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. From 1923 to 1939, he served as pastor of Holy Family Parish in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. During his tenure, mission stations affiliated with the parish were established in Stockertown in 1925 and in Clearfield in 1935, and a convent was built in 1927. Later, he served as pastor of St. John the Baptist Parish in Haycock Run, Pennsylvania. Contemporary church records list him as Paul A. Frenzkowski MSC and at the St. John the Baptist Rectory. In October 1953, he was verifiably still alive and active in his priestly ministry.
Miklósházy and Török list him as Pál Frenkiwski, but there is no information regarding his Hungarian origins or connections.
