Biographical data
His father was Kornél Gribóvszky, a priest, and his mother was Ilona Selesztay. His wife was Irén Popovics. He pursued his theological studies in Uzhhorod. He was ordained a priest on April 20, 1902, by Gyula Firczák, Bishop of Mukachevo. He lived in the United States from 1910 onward.
