Biographical data
He was born in Austria. In 1958, he entered the South German/Austrian Province of the Dominican Order, where he was ordained a priest in 1965. He is currently a member of the Dominican Province of St. Albert. From 1967 to 1970, he served as a pastor at St. Stephen’s Hungarian-German Catholic Parish in Los Angeles, CA, ministering to the German-speaking community. He then returned to Austria, where—to this day—he is active in school and parish pastoral ministry and leads retreats.
