Biographical data
He was a second-generation Hungarian born in the United States. He completed his seminary studies in Vienna and Veszprém. He was ordained a priest on June 24, 1928. In 1929—or, according to other sources, which are corroborated by the Veszprém sematism, in 1932—he returned to the United States, where he remained until 1939; thereafter, he served in the Diocese of Veszprém until his death.
