Biographical data
His mother’s name was Rozália Sulter. He was ordained a priest on June 19, 1943, and was then assigned to serve in the Diocese of Kalocsa. He left the country after 1945; he served briefly as a confessor in Graz before emigrating to Chile. In Chile, he was a parish priest on an island, where he lived in solitude, supporting himself through animal husbandry and farming. His church and the parish house were destroyed by a tsunami in 1960, and he subsequently rebuilt them himself.
