Biographical data

He completed his elementary school studies in his native village. In 1906, as an outstanding student, he arrived in the United States on a scholarship. He completed his seminary studies in the United States and was ordained a priest in St. Paul, MI, in July 1912. Toward the end of his life, he suffered from severe heart disease and died of a heart attack.
