Biographical data

His father, János Bobák, was a priest, and his brother János also served in the United States.
He completed his studies in Rome, where he earned his doctorate. He was ordained in Rome on May 13, 1940, after which he returned home. In March 1948, he left for the United States.
He was an unmarried pastor. The date of his incardination into the Diocese of Parma is unknown.
