Biographical data
His parents were Elek Medveczky, a priest, and Jolán Sereghy. He moved to the United States at the age of two. He attended seminary in Hungary and was ordained a priest in Pittston, PA. He died of a heart attack at the age of fifty. He served as superintendent of schools in Pittsburgh.
