Biographical data
He entered the Franciscan Order in Szécsény on September 11, 1925, and took his perpetual vows on September 14, 1929. He was ordained a deacon in Eger on June 22, 1930, and was ordained a priest in Rome on July 25, 1931. He served as a missionary in China from 1932 to 1952, then lived in Hong Kong for a year. He arrived in the United States in 1953. He passed away after a long, serious illness involving his kidneys.
