Biographical data

Brother Dávid was married before he entered the order in 1932 at the age of 59 as a widower. He spent his entire monastic life at St. Anthony’s Monastery in Cincinnati, where he served as a carpenter, shoemaker, and general handyman. Brother David passed away at the age of 79; he had been a Franciscan Third Order friar for twenty years.
