Biographical data
He entered the order in Trenčín after leaving the college in Trnava on October 17, 1740. In 1743, he studied at the teacher training college in Győr. From 1744 to 1746, he studied philosophy in Trnava, then taught in Prešov for two years. From 1749 to 1752, he studied theology in Košice. He was ordained a priest in 1752. That same year, he volunteered for missionary service, and in 1767, after the order was dissolved in Spanish territories, he was taken captive. He was released after more than 10 years in captivity.
