Biographical data

Second-generation Hungarian. His parents were Louis Nicholas Pintye and Anna Marie Majoros. He had two brothers: Robert, of Trenton, NJ, and Michael, of Brentwood, TN.
He entered the Franciscan Order on June 23, 1984. He took his perpetual vows in Trenton, NJ, on May 21, 1989. He was ordained a priest in Roebling, NJ, on October 6, 1990.
