Biographical data
He entered the order on September 14, 1934. From 1934 to 1936, he completed his novitiate at Manréza in Budapest, followed by his studies in philosophy in Budapest. From 1941 to 1944, he studied theology in Szeged. He was ordained a priest on June 25, 1943. He completed his tertianship at Manréza in Budapest in 1949, then left the country in 1950. He went to Canada and lived there with interruptions (1971 in Munich, 1972 in Klagenfurt; in between, he served as a missionary in Yugoslavia, in the Vojvodina region, until he was expelled).
He served as vice-postulator for the beatification of István Kaszap. In 1993, he settled in Hungary, then returned to Canada for a year, and finally returned home in 1998. From 2000 onward, he was a resident of the social care home in Pilisvörösvár.
