Biographical data
He joined the order in 1924 and took his solemn vows in 1929.
From 1932 onward, he was a full member of the Hungarian Heraldic and Genealogical Society. In 1934, he earned a degree in history and geography. After World War II, he emigrated to the United States, where he also went by the first name János. Starting in 1953, he served as vice president of the Hungarian Piarist Student Association, which was founded in New York. The war had taken a toll on his nerves; he had difficulty tolerating loud noises and would cover his ears when they occurred.
